Born and raised in a bustling city, Chris was always interested in the world of business and entrepreneurship. His grandfather and father were both business owners and they instilled in him a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.

Chris began his career in the real estate industry in the middle of his sophomore year at The University of New Hampshire. Despite being new to the industry, Chris was quickly recognized for his hard work, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. He was named Rookie of the Year of the Central Massachusetts Association of Realtors.

In just a few short years, Chris had built a 10-person team and an impressive portfolio of clients while closing over 250 transactions. His success caught the attention of the senior leadership team at his brokerage and he was offered an office management opportunity at the largest office the brokerage had in the state which was in the heart of Boston.

As one of the the youngest office managers in the company's history, Chris was determined to make a mark. He spent long hours studying the market and developing strategies. He also focused on building a strong team culture, promoting teamwork and collaboration, and creating an environment where everyone felt valued and supported.

Under Chris's leadership, the Boston office flourished. They grew from 160 agents to 215 in just over a year. He implemented new systems and procedures that increased efficiency and productivity, and he fostered a positive and supportive work environment. He also developed strong relationships with clients and other industry professionals, which helped to expand the office's reach and influence.

Chris's successful tenure in Boston lasted about 18 months and landed him an opportunity to manage one of Coldwell Banker's flagship Northshore offices; Coldwell Banker - Marblehead. He jumped on the opportunity in October of 2021.

Today, Chris is a respected leader and mentor to many in the industry. In 2022, Coldwell Banker Marblehead accomplished selling more homes than any other brokerage in the towns of Marblehead and Nahant. Last year, Coldwell Banker Marblehead captured the coveted #1 Market Share position in Marblehead.

Chris is passionate about his work and is committed to helping his team and clients achieve their goals. He believes that hard work, dedication, and a positive attitude are the keys to success, and he continues to inspire and motivate those around him to achieve their full potential.

Outside of real estate you'll find Chris hiking and exploring with his Australian Cattle dog, Tuukka. He's also a lover of good books, a good workout, anything outdoors, New England sports teams, and relaxing with family and friends.
